Cal Expo also runs a 2-3 week Fair meet, for T-Breds, in July. It is part of the Northern California circuit when they do not race at Golden Gate.

Harness racing meet is from sometime in October to sometime this month, May.

California racing has been changing in the last decade or so - and not in good ways.
