How were the Steelers able to keep a lid on this guy’s despicable character for all those years?

Coach tried to put him in the game twice and Brown refused. Arians told him he was done to get off the field.

after hits like this the pittsburgh steroids, to paraphrase vincent laguardia gambini, had no more use for this guy. maybe our own mr irsay, a supposed mental health champion (it's ok to not be ok...) should step in and try to help?

With Bruce Arians calling him a "Barbarian"

Statement from AB himself saying that the Bucs "mishandled this situation and let him down and his teammates"

According to NFL network, Brown was 5 catches away from a 1mil incentive bonus. last week he wanted the language changed to him having the bonus guaranteed without the remaining catches. The Bucs refused.

The thing that amazes me is that sane people still appear interested in the antics of this train wreck of a football player.

Anyone else noticed a high percentage of NFL players that go off the deep end are wide receivers? Look at T.O. the guy is in the Hall of Fame, yet was shuffled around to 6 different teams due to behavior.

The level of talent a player has is directly related to how much a team will put up with.

Yup, and the key is “ a team” so he might even resurface yet again…… lol. Winning is everything, I don’t believe this coach ever really wanted him but knew he was good. The fake card clearly pissed him off. We don’t know the specifics he might of been submarined to elicit that response and to be rid of him. Voluntary. AB can be played with a temper like that…….. people think (management) they don’t know that?
