Could "Dor" be Dorval Park in Montreal?

The DRF pps from that era don't use three letter abbreviations (but only covered a few major tracks in Canada). Maybe searching the DRF Archive (https://drf.uky.edu/ ) for specific horses might get you a longer version of the track name.

Looking around there I see a Delorimier Park and a Dufferin Park mentioned in articles on Canadian racing dates, but neither of those would be DoP.

Why not just send an email to the DRF for the abbreviations?

Why would anyone refer to Woodbine as OLD Woodbine, when it wasn't until 1956 that they moved?

In the 1910's there would be no reason to differentiate the two.

Maybe the pps you're looking at weren't produced until after the move. They clearly aren't DRF ones from the 1910s. Those didn't use three letter track abbreviations.
