No, they can’t. Apparently you never heard of Separation of Powers. The Supreme Court has no authority to remove anyone from office. The President can only be impeached by the House of Representatives and convicted by the Senate. Only Congress has the authority to remove its members.

As for Mr. Roland Brunson. He is also an idiot. He tried to bring an action in State Court to remove Federal officials from office. And he did it based on bogus claims of fraud. Claims that have been refuted 62 times in 62 court cases.

And here is the kicker. In addition to seeking the removal of all those Federal officials; Mr Brunson is seeking monetary damages in the amount $2.950 Trillion. TAX FREE!!!!

interesting that the case is pro se, but the court will not bring it up ... this article says roughly 1% are heard and decided by the court.
