All HEALTH insurance companies are probably affected by the ACA, but I don't know if ALL insurance companies will be.

I am not sure Lloyd's of London will be affected too much -- but I could be wrong.

A Canadian study released Wednesday found that many provinces in our neighbor to the north have seen patients fleeing the country and opting for medical treatment in the United States.

The nonpartisan Fraser Institute reported that 46,159 Canadians sought medical treatment outside of Canada in 2011, as wait times increased 104 percent — more than double — compared with statistics from 1993.

Specialist physicians surveyed across 12 specialties and 10 provinces reported an average total wait time of 19 weeks between the time a general practitioner refers a patient and the time a specialist provides elective treatment — the longest they have ever recorded.

ACA will push the Middle class down the ladder. Here's how...

-After inception, it will be crystal clear our medical services will be far less effective for those currently in a plan

-This will necessitate the need for "additional medical plans" that service beyond the gubmint ACA service, for those that can afford the additional costs

-By and large, only the well to do, or the so-called 1% will be able to afford such coverage in addition to the mandated tax ACA puts upon the populace

ACA will be another Trickle Up Poverty action by this administration..... The already wealthy won't be affected at all- They can afford additional insurance costs.....The unemployed and underemployed will benefit from the easier access to an insurance plan.......The only loser is the middle class, which is Obama's targeted class
