Thanks for this. Used to see him on Belmont day when ESPN covered it with Kenny Mayne. Gruff appearing guy but always willing to talk. Remember talking with him after Big Brown's defeat to get his take, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "They went after him and he didn't like it." One of the strangest days of racing I can remember, extremely humid, strange race. Glad Hank had a good long life.

What! Such a tragic loss for the Goldberg family

May he rest in peace and he will now be the co-host for Heavens Racetrack alongside Harvey Pack. 2 legends gone but never forgotten and we will remember them both for not just the things that they did on this earth for all of us racing fans/horseplayers but for what they did to provide their families too.

Never got the chance to meet them but they sounded like amazing folks to be around.
