Oh, and imagine the USA hoping CHINA would step in to help out in a global crisis...isn't the USA supposed to be the top dog?
Even our own president has lost hope in the USA...so it's not only me who thinks this country is dead and buried....good to know.

Throughout history great empires have risen and fallen, Babylon, Persia, Greece, Rome etc. 2500 years ago Heraclitus observed that everything flows, nothing abides. We used to design and manufacture the best products in the world. We started buying cheap Asian components, then outsourced production overseas. Now they are designed and built by Asians and we are customers. And we are responsible for making China a financial superpower. They did it by using capitalism within their commie framework. We went from manufacturers to consumers. Detroit cars, Pittsburgh steel, fughediboudit.

The weird thing to me is....... no one stopped buying oil/gas from Russia.
Germany said they will keep buying.
US State Dept went so far as to say, EXPLICITLY, that sanctions are designed to NOT stop the flow of oil/gas.
What?.....Those exports are 30% of the Russian economy.
