Saratoga Sunday

race 1:

GLOBAL ASSET is 2 for 7 on dirt, has no stamina concerns (as most of these), and drops to his minimum in this second after a long layoff. Levine is effective turf to dirt (19% win)

2nd ($4.40- 2.40)

race 2:

FOURTH OF JULY was one neck behind Vigilante, a winner of a strong MSW here yesterday. He's bred fine for the mile and has tactical speed to have a perfect trip inside.

Vitiate bred for the distance and ok for turf.
Moss Code: progressive
It's a Given lasted well after leading a quick pace

for the exactas.

race 3:

THE PULSE needs to dominate in front and here gets blinkers and finds a field devoid of early speed while dropping to restricted claimers from optional. He's already a winner over 7f.

NP ... a living dead

race 4:

VACATION SPORT is by Bernardini out of a grade I winner on dirt in Argentina. She's working fast after the debut race

48 B > 46,2 B (1st of 74 bullet)

Baublette belongs to a good family, ran ok in her debut and McGaughey shows good numbers with second start maidens (24%)

NP & 1st ($11.60)

RACE 7:

IT'S ALL RELEVANT: bred for routes (out of a multiple graded stakes router) and Hard Spun doing fine on the green in Europe. His speed could be pretty dangerous routing second time out.

Cumberland River is regally bred with quick workouts for an inform barn.

Eidmilaad: Chad Brown's regally bred for turf.

2nd NP 1st

exacta: $65.50

race 8:

SATURDAY'S CHARM will get the strong pace he needs (from speedballs Nš8 and Nš 10), to unleash his turn of foot. He's got good back class at the 100k level and graded stakes company. Good set up for a repeat second time Jacobson.

race 9:

SCRUMPDILICIOUS has some hidden form in turf routes

2nd > 2nd > 1st > 3rd > 1st

will stalk the pace and could rise in grade with success.

race 10:

Feathered: big drop in class, controlling speed.
Hope Cross: improved a lot in her second start od the year (Beyers: 77 > 87). Out of a mare from a good family. Could rise another step and get into the exacta for the boss Chad Brown.

1st ($4.00) & NP

race 11:

PUPAREE showed a strong turn of foot breaking his maiden in a quick pace route (23.3 > 47.00 > 1.11.3) but in her first against winners was behind in a very slow pace race (26 > 50 > 1.14). She's lightly raced and deserves another opportunity.

for the second leg of the exacta.
