Moonbats wrong again

It appears the fear-mongering US Sen. Elizabeth Warren was wrong when she tweeted, “We cannot go back to the time of back-alley abortions. But that could happen if Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed to the Supreme Court and helps overturn Roe v. Wade. We must Stop Kavanaugh – the lives and futures of countless American women are at stake.”

Chief Justice John Roberts and Kavanaugh helped turn away the petitions from lower courts in Kansas and Louisiana seeking the ban on abortion providers.

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh has proven he isn’t the crazy conservative that would overturn abortion rights that they told us he is. Democrats just got caught in another partisan distortion and should apologize for creating fear among women.

US Sen. Bernie Sanders should apologize to Kavanaugh or at least to his supporters for lying when he tweeted, “Brett Kavanaugh doesn’t believe that Roe v. Wade is settled law and he would be the final vote to overturn it. It is urgent that we stand up for the rights of women and abortion access. We must do everything we can to defeat Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination.”

The media has to stop carrying the water for Democrats. So many inaccurate headlines appeared online as the confirmation of Kavanaugh took place. We know Democrats will say anything in order to win a point or get re-elected, but the media is supposed to stick to honest reporting.

I see you haven't gotten any smarter in the month I was gone. Kavanaugh did not turn away any ban on abortion providers because the Supreme Court did not hear any case on that subject. The Court by a six to three margin declined to hear a case on whether individuals had the right to challenge state decisions on what organizations could be banned from participating in Medicaid. For example Planned Parenthood.
The lower courts said those people do have that right. It had nothing to do with Roe v. Wade. It had nothing to do with banning providers. It was simply about whether Medicaid would pay for services provided by Planned Parenthood medical practitioners.

Wrong. Those states were not seeking to ban abortion or providers. They were saying that they didn't want the state to pay for abortions.

You've been gone long before you were gone.

Apples and Oranges... The court announced that it would not review two lower court decisions that temporarily banned Louisiana and Kansas from cutting Planned Parenthood's Medicaid funding.

While three of the court's conservatives voted to take up the cases, Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts declined to join them, ensuring the cases would not receive the necessary four votes for review.

Kavanugh's vote IS a direct contradiction to statements made by Sanders and the fake Indian. The left is frequently blind to the truth.
