Earth to heat up much in next 5 years
.
heat will soar to record levels in the next 5 years according to the World Meteorological Organization which was indicated in a statement yesterday
'this will have far reaching repercussions for health, food security, water management and the environment" said Petteri Taalas, the Secretary General of this organization
disaster is already here - the gigantic city of Jakarta, Indonesia - population 11 million - is sinking - as thirsty residents have drained its marshy aquifers and rising sea levels lap its shores
40% of the city now lies below sea level
the Indonesian government has a controversial play to abandon the city and inaugurate a new Capital city, - Nusantara - in Eastern Borneo in August of 2024

we are lucky that Bidens inflation production act has included BILLIONS for green energy startups, initiatives, subsidizies and tax credits.
if an island is sinking, is the ocean really rising? I hope it does not have the same possible fate as Guam.

Hank Johnson, another Democrat who defies their resume. Does being a Democrat these days kill huge amounts of brain cells? He sounds like a 3rd grader who takes the short bus while licking the windows.

According to another post on here recently, and according to the video that accompanied it, the Earth has been heating up for a long time...ever since it hit its coldest point on record...weird how that works, right?
Do we want to go back to its coldest point on record? I don't think so...lol

Weren't we supposed to be extinct by now?
Weren't we supposed to run out of oil already?
Wasn't Manhattan supposed to be completely under water by now?

Strangely no photographic proof of reported sea level rise exists, just plenty of pictures showing the shoreline in the same place as 100+ years ago.

FLASHBACK: ABC's ’08 Prediction: NYC Under Water from Climate Change By June 2015
New York City underwater? Gas over $9 a gallon? A carton of milk costs almost $13? Welcome to June 12, 2015. Or at least that was the wildly-inaccurate version of 2015 predicted by ABC News in 2008. Appearing on Good Morning America in 2008, Bob Woodruff hyped Earth 2100, a special that pushed apocalyptic predictions of the then-futuristic 2015.
The segment included supposedly prophetic videos, such as a teenager declaring, "It's June 8th, 2015. One carton of milk is $12.99." (On the actual June 8, 2015, a gallon of milk cost, on average, $3.39.) Another clip featured this prediction for the current year: "Gas reached over $9 a gallon." (In reality, gas costs an average of $2.75.)
On June 12, 2008, correspondent Bob Woodruff revealed that the program "puts participants in the future and asks them to report back about what it is like to live in this future world. The first stop is the year 2015."
As one expert warns that in 2015 the sea level will rise quickly, a visual shows New York City being engulfed by water. The video montage includes another unidentified person predicting that "flames cover hundreds of miles."

the cause of 8 homes in Norway being swept into the sea is given as being a landslide
the risks of landslides increase due to climate change according to multiple sources

There was one picture of erosion, which proves nothing. Look at the grand canyon, that shows you what erosion can do, that has nothing to do with rising water.

According to NOAA Sea levels have risen 8-9 inches. I guess they are lying. To prove this to you they would have had to take a picture 100 years ago.

You should re-read the bolded. You should be laughing at yourself. The development of photography goes back almost 200 years. Ever hear of Abraham Lincoln? He died over 150 years ago and some fairly clear pictures of him still exist. The earliest surviving silent movies go back to the 19th century.
As for your 100 year comment there are places that should show obvious sea level rise in just 50 years due to the very flat topography. So funny how the climate alarmists talk down to the skeptics with out a lick of solid proof.

😂. Thanks for the lesson... I realize I need to be quite clear. They didn't know Climate change was a thing 100 years ago and you would be requesting a picture. But to your point beaches are eroding and that can't be disputed. I think you are looking for higher water picture? Wouldn't pictures of smaller beaches be what uou really want to prove ocean is rising...
