We have a serious mental health problem in this country, it is time to address what numerous issues have caused it and fix it. Prayers and thoughts toward the victims and their loved ones, and may the perp burn in hell for eternity.

I don't think we had a lot of what causes mental issues back in Biblical times as we have today. I am sure we had bullies and wine, but not much else.

We are witnessing a total moral and ethical breakdown of civilization.
We may be way more technologically advanced now than thousands of years ago, but we are heading in the wrong direction fast as a civilization.
Whether you believe they were Divinely inspired or not, thousands of years ago some of the brightest men of the time observed the world, saw what produced good results, saw what produced bad results, and laid out a set of guidelines for people to live by that would produce the better results.
Were the rules perfect for all time?
No, but they had the right idea to try encourage positive behavior, discourage poor behavior, and it produced better results than they would have gotten otherwise.
Fast forward to modern America and we essentially promote alcohol, sex, illegal and prescription drugs, gambling, cosmetic surgery, moral relativism, violence, consumerism, and twisting the minds of our youth.
Even the US government has been caught trafficking guns, doing deals with Latin American drug traffickers, and almost certainly has looked the other way or is doing deals with human traffickers (including underage with Epstein who was almost certainly an IC asset).
It's no wonder everything is fucked up, so many people are depressed, so many people are having anxiety attacks, so many people are confused, and everything is going to hell in a handbasket.
We have rejected intrinsic natural law and objective definitions of good and evil that stood the test of time, rejected the things that produce good results, normalized all the bad things and are promoting what can best be described as some kind of religion of satan.

Not a total gun grab just the guns of choice in these situations. No reason a civilian should have that type of weapon. It's not for self defense. It's for killing a lot of people in a short period of time
