Program/racing form options online
I have never really used online sources for programs/forms, as I am close to a local OTB and they typically comp them. What are the best options for online purchase? I know for harness Trackmaster offers some tracks for free...not sure if TB's have any of the same.

You can get Daily Racing Form online, many options available. (Classic PPs, Formulator, Digital Paper, Daily Program, TimeformUS, etc.)

I would say it depends on the horseplayer you are. Are you a guy who loves speed figures or pace figures, more in-depth stats like E1,E2 etc or just the basic information?
I can give you some options that I would prefer, but like I said it depends on what kind of horseplayer you are and what you like.
The best option for a speed figure person would either be DRF's Classic PP's for $3.95 per card or my favourite the DRF Digital Paper and you can get if for 7 days at $27.95. Both are simple pp's and have good information that is straightforward.
For pace figures I would highly recommend Craig Milkowski and TimeformUS past performances. A race card goes for $3.50 and these are very good pace figures to use for handicapping like the Early and Late Ratings but also have other neat features like Pace Projector, Trainer Ratings and Colour Coded Bias Indicators.
For a more in depth stats past performance, I would go with Brisnet's Ultimate PP's with Quick Play Comments. $3.00 per race card and there is a bundle of information to use Trainer/Jockey/pedigree/trk bias stats plus Race Summary and Quick Play Comments.
My best options would be the DRF Digital Paper, TimeformUS pp's for figuring out pace and finally any of Brisnet's pp's but more the Ultimate PP's.
That's my input. If there is anything I could help you with just please let me know.

Thanks for the help guys. I am pretty old school, I can tell already it will take a while to get comfy with this, but you have given me some good options.

Go to track websites - some offer FREE PPs.
FG, for one. Meadowlnads, I think, maybe Buffalo?
There is Post Time Daily, Equibase, BRIS, DRF/TF, Trackmester....
