Winning While Wide
So far at the Meadows today,there have been 6 horses who have won their last race while going wide for any position for at least one call.There is one more to come in the 12th.
3 of horses have won,paying 7.00,6.00,and 6.40,and one has placed paying a whopping 21.60 for a $1 exacta of 47 and change in the same race with one of the other winners.The place payoffs paid a total of $33.20.
I haven't checked for recency,gait,sex,or anything else.It may be fools good.
Still,it's a quick pick method in our everlasting quest for the holy grail.
Playing a deuce win and place-even if the last horse fails-is a 93 per cent gain.
