And forget for a second the ridiculous words Biden is speaking in the above video, and pay attention to HOW he is speaking.
That is the President of the United States.
He sounds like they need to up the dosage on whatever meds they feed him to keep him upright and eyes open. Because his current regimen is starting to fail him badly.
