Ups and Downs
It just seems like a pattern of up and down and in and out. A horse like Hansen is on top of a lot of lists till he gets beat and then drops down. He comes back with a win and goes right back up the ladder. This happens with a lot of them so it always looks like "What have you done lately".
Yet, we know that, comes Derby time, horses that have been discounted because of what they have done lately or someone that comes out of the woodwork take home all the marbles.
Don't sell yourself on any horse too soon and don't give up on any because of a bad race.
