Free throws, bowling, etc.
If I gave you a basketball and took you to an NBA arena tomorrow and let you shoot 100 free throws with zero practice and zero practice shots, how many do you think you could make?
Same for bowling, if we went bowling tomorrow and you had no practice games , what could you bowl.?
How fast can you run 100 yards on an NFL field tomorrow? (The greatest sprinters can run it high 8s low 9s as a barometer)
My guesses for myself:
Free throws: 30 out of 100
Bowling: 120
100 yards: 18/20 seconds

FT: 60/100. First 20 would be about 8/20.
Bowling: Usually roll about a 170 coming off the bench after a long layoff. Do people still bowl?
Running: Having my 3rd knee surgery Friday morning. Forget it. Even if healthy and fit, I am slow as molasses. The highlight of my adult life as a runner was running my first 1/2 marathon in sub-2:30. Guess how I injured the knee?

Free Throws: 4
but that's out of about 35, at which point I need a smoke break which then leads me to believe this is a waste of my time and I go away.

Free Throws: In an NBA arena without wind 65-70ish
Bowling: I've always sucked at bowling but I love the game... Haven't played in about two years but was watching some tournament in Japan on ESPN the other day and it made me want to play. 140-150ish
100 yards: 13-14 seconds - Maybe more. Maybe less. Speed has always been day by day with me. Sometimes I feel light on my feet and sometimes I feel like the mom in Gilbert's Grape.

I should add the 12 seconds is with a 30 foot run up, otherwise 12.5.

Assuming no timer issues.
How about putts made (out of 20) from 20 feet? I think after making adjustments with the first three or four tries, I could make four or five with the rest of them.

Free throws probably 30/35
Bowling: 130
100 yard dash: probably get to the 50 yard line before quitting or dying.
Side note, I won the 5th grade city free throw championship. Hit 24/25 and beat this kid CJ who dominated every year.

Some stats from the PGA Tour in 2015:
Putts attempted from 20 to 25 feet... the best player on tour made 25.64% of those putts. Two players were tied for 9th at 20.00%.
http://www.pgatour.com/stats/stat.387.2015.html
Granted, they only get one shot at the putt, while you get 20 attempts... but I doubt you would make 4 or 5 out of 20 attempts from 20 feet. The best golfers in the world would struggle to do that.

Probably not from the same spot on municipal greens. Of course it depends on the amount of break too.

I was just thinking of any old practice green where you could pick your spot. Certainly wasn't thinking about Pinehurst or Augusta National.

Free Throws: 100; no wait, were you asking how many I would make or how many I would miss?
Bowling: While in the army-in Korea I bowled several times a week; was pretty good with many games over 250. Came home, bowled once and never bowled again. Might make it into the fifties if I'm lucky.
100 yard dash: I'm heading over to the local high school now to run 100 yards on their track. When I get back on Monday, I will let you know how long it took.
