That's ok. I get it and tried to bite, but found sign-up process impossible. Even more maddening was that thick, indecipherable accent on other end of 800-line. Nor did that person have any chops at all in trouble-shooting what surely is common problem.

Not even the most tolerant, least America-centric of woke globalists could have stayed cool throughout this insanity.

I enrolled for a few months last year ... just hit a few buttons on their website to both enroll and cancel. I have never talked to a person from amazon.
