Obama's Tax returns.
Don't you know these MF'rs would'nt renew my passport! I mailed in my expiring passport, a check and the renewal application.
I got this in the mail less than 10 days later. New enforcement by Trump administration. If you owe the IRS more than 50K (delinquent), they can lock you in the country. I have no gripes. I did it. But I still think Trump should release his taxes if he's going to pull this shit on me.
I was able to resolve by writing one big check to the IRS and two small checks to an acct and lawyer.
The point being. Anyone who's behind this should disclose their taxes. Maybe not before an election , but certainly while serving. Lawmakers should disclose their taxes. imho

Freedom of Movement is in the Constitution.
serious. The IRS can rule you off...no due process in the courts? IRS can strip your rights.
Freedom of movement, mobility rights, or the right to travel is a human rights concept encompassing the right of individuals to travel from place to place within the territory of a country,[1] and to leave the country and return to it. The right includes not only visiting places, but changing the place where the individual resides or works.

(1) Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence. (2) Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own.

So why do you need a passport at all?
I find them kinda inconvenient myself.
Not to mention needing ID to board even a domestic flight. Is that illegal?

I love your pics of Gulfstream. They say you need a passport to fly. You might get stuck in southern Florida, unless you drive out. You better hurry though, the ecowarriors are saying the ocean is going to raise so much, you will be stuck on an island. When Bernie gets elected, it will be the other way around. The government gets all your money and sends some back to you.

India. Chennai India. I need to go there, and I was going to hit something remote on the way in or out. I was thinking Laos or Cambodia. Maybe Vietnam.
PLus, I've always had one. It was expering in a month so I just renewed it to renew it. I had no travel itinerary. But I was genuinely taken aback by it, I man'd up and resolved it. I barely slept thinking I acted so untoward that I was in this pickle. I brought my A game to it and resolved in less than 60 days.
I feel free of my guilt to. I want to pay my taxes but I'm selfish and immature. (and maybe a lil greedy.)

I meant that as a general question to your "Freedom of movement, mobility rights, or the right to travel is a human rights concept"
I wasn't fishing for your personal travel log.
Since when have we ever had "Freedom of movement" or "right to travel" in this country? You've needed ID or a passport to fly for ages...you need a driver's license and insurance to drive a car...you gotta pay to take a train or a bus...
Nothing is free when it comes to movement or travel...

You're going to the Bahamas. You invite me. You owe 49. I owe 50, I can't go.!
By the way. I don't care to influence anyone. Whatever people think, I support it. If people like this, no problem. Because it hit me, I don't. But I really have no interest in changing the minds of members who think this is a good policy. Free country.

Impede from movement is the key here. Not that Govt. requires documents to travel. Its the ability of an agency to restrict it without due process. It really is a topic. But I made my point. Big Pick5 Carry Over Thursday I'm looking at.

My acct did all the talking, you have to give them power of attorney to speak.
We were on a conference call with the State Department when the lady said, "I'm mailing out the Passport". I said humorously: It feels good to be compliant, now I can call the radio shows and complain about my taxes.
