I read the rules and am still unclear. This was my first play for the day. Am I out for today or do I still get to try and make it to three races? For example: Two more picks today and I hit both do I get to carry it over to my first pick tomorrow to try and make it three races in a row?

From someone who's had her own state of confusion here, I'm gonna say to you with all confidence:
You are not out. You can still make 2 plays today & if they're successful, you carry that sum to the next day that you care to bet. Your first pick that day will carry all your preceeding winnings. After that pick (if it's successful) you can bank your "roll" or keep parlaying.

I have a tendency to worry about ambiguities in, well, everything.
(Not that it it matters anyway, I can't pick a winner to save my life the last two weeks or so.)
