I thought the bashing was directed at all elected officials because it is a fact that if needed everything is provisioned that 2+ years the whole government could stay underground while the average person has no options. While that might be true, I believe the reason is any location can move to its underground sister workspace until a threat is over. So any warning might send working officials into a safe workspace that is fully functional. They found out during 9/11 that many things did not function well as workspace including Air Force One communications and media. Everything has had a serious upgrade to fix what was weak plus doomsday scenarios.

The video started with the revelation of the hidden underground facilities, but then, toward the end, spun into a Trump bashing. The creeping-up scenarios were decidedly derogatory toward Trump, specifically. Rest assured, leftist Vice has a clear agenda in mind with this so-called 'Doomsday & The President' series.
