Jeweled looked kind of confused the whole way around...sort of ducking in and out like it did not know which way to go..

I thought it was a pretty poor ride by the jockey. There was no need to accelerate that quickly on the backstretch. With a more patient ride by gradually gaining momentum it would have definitely put the horse in contention mid stretch.
