The question here is why were they standing in the rain.
SOME people would have loved to face only some rain in order to vote, instead of armed terrorists out to deny them that right. Guess our democan'ts don't have the fortitude of some people.
Sad.

It is indeed sad. Such indignities people must suffer and hardships they have to bear to perform their civic duty. Imagine! Who wants to stand out in the rain!? This might be on par with voting during a Cat 5 hurricane.

I believe you think that you're familiar with everything under the sun. Darn near omniscient...

You certainly weren't familiar with the fact that no president has ever been prosecuted after leaving office -- including Nixon.
And you certainly weren't familiar with all the other reasons why electoral college was put into the Constitution. Main reason being to avoid mob rule.

Of course I know Ford pardoned Nixon. Biden may not be Ford.
Do you have a reference in the he United States Constitutional Convention to avoiding mob rule?

I posted a link the other day. I believe it referred to it as the tyranny of the many or some such thing.

Maybe he has bad memories about rain because he never knew when to come in out of it!
