law here in Massachusetts.
A conviction for Open and Gross Lewdness carries penalties of:
- up 2 years in the house of correction and/or
- a fine of up to $300.
In addition, a person convicted for Open and Gross Lewdness more than once must register with the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

All the blame falls on the voters of San Francisco.
They keep voting in these freaky PC nutcases who are as twisted as the day is long.
Same deal in OAK/LA/San Jose/San Diego......and oh yeah.......the Clown Show known as Berkeley.
Like I've told you folks before,leave the big cities things change quite a bit..........laws are actually enforced.
FWIW:
If a dope addict/POS bum like that guy tries to wander in to a small privately owned business(liquor store/restaurant...etc)
he's tossed by the owners before he gets through the door.
BTW....
That Safeway is right in the middle of this neighborhood..........go figure.
