Obviously the horse is feeling good. Won easily and by a decent margin.

Credit to whoever named this horse, getting it past the Jockey Club while being only one letter away from the clinical name for a Wet Dream.


As a $200k 2-year-old purchase with >$100k in earnings you would assume she would have enough residual value as a broodmare for someone to drop a claim slip for her even if she had some physical issues.

Another interesting thing about this race was that while this was not a true negative win pool the effective take on the win pool was 15.25% (down from 18%) and because of Net Pool Pricing the take on the Place and Show Pools was 8.89% and 9.09% respectively.

Also note that if there is a negative pool at WRD it wouldn't cost them a penny. The liability for paying out negative pools is borne by each individual bet taker, and WRD is not taking bets.
