DRF Bait and Switch

I have been using CJ’s numbers for 10 years or so, but DRF may get me to stop. Happen to go to the website a few days ago and they are offering a 25% discount off Timeformus. Figure I was ordering anyways, might as well save the $18 bucks. Promo code appears and applies the 25% discount no problem, until check out. Where it disappears.

No response from customer service emails.
Cutting my nose off to spite my face I believe.

I now understand every negative comment I have read concerning DRF.

You think DRF is intentionally baiting people into thinking they are getting a discount and then not giving them a discount? Really?

Have you contacted customer service?

Maybe people on the internet could actually stop trying to make things out to be way bigger than they actually are...

Think for one second. Why would DRF do something that would obviously be noticed very quickly by virtually every customer, AND land them into trouble if it were actually true (which it isn't, obviously).

Let us know what CS says.

You whole post is a complaint where you say DRF is scamming people and you "understand every negative comment I have read concerning DRF", yet it was supposed to be taken as a joke?

Actually I did laugh at you’re post. Not frustrated, just after reading so many posts about DRF issues other’s have had I feel for them.

I doubt they are doing it on purpose, but I have had nothing but problems trying to use their "alleged" discounts.
Multiple time, I was not able to use a code or get a discount to show up, or once, even get an option to enter a code.

CS replied, and Lonnie () even offered to make the purchases for me if I gave him him my username. By this time, I no longer have an interest in ever buying another DRF file, so I declined.

If you like TF, buy direct from them.
NEVER had ANY kind of a problem on their site.

i ran into the same issue as the OP if I added or made changes to my cart, I had to clear my cache and then it allowed me to add new items and get the discount.

Easier to buy from BRIS - never a problem getting a file there.
And cheaper.
