Came across this Library it has books by Beyer, Quinn,Ainslie, Liftin plus some oldies from Dowst, Conklin etc. they can be borrowed for 14 days or if not available you can place on hold and they will email you when available.

Most of the racing books I first read to learn all I could about horse racing were from the base library at McGuire AFB. Hard to believe but true. Ainslie, Beyer, Quirin, Quinn, Kuck come to mind. At one point I think I had checked them all out like five times in a row without anyone else intervening.

Trade or sell

I have a couple of handicapping books I would like to trade for or will sell them. Drop me a message. Not here as I am not a paid advertiser.

There is no problem with listing them here, people have done that often.

Dick Francis was a steeplechase jockey who became one of the best Chandler-style mystery writers in the U.K. Any of his books are worth a reading; one of my favorites, available at the above URL, is "Dead Heat."
