Perry Ouzts

Two weeks short of his 66 birthday Perry Ouzts wins five races at Belterra. He could possibly become the first jockey to collect Social Security while still actively riding.

What's to say, he already isn't collecting SS? You're able to work and collect at the same time.

Because before full retirement age you are limited in how much you can make, and I don't know if he makes more than the limit.

For him full retirement age is either 66 or 66 and one month, I don't know which.

That's not what you originally said. 57% of retirees collect SS before they reach the full amount, and at two weeks short of 66, it's not that big of a bump to your bene's. LOTS of people collect SS and continue to work, I did. A good friend of mine started his SS, like me at 65, and continued to work until his younger wife could retire. The SS payments paid for their mortgage on new home at Myrtle Beach.

If I recall correctly he was responsible for my biggest win mutual ever. Turfway Park paid around $99.60. Thank you Perry
