He didnt quit riding but once he saw he wasn't going to win, he basically quit riding in midstretch and Just 'nursed' him home the final furlong.

Exaggerator is a one turn sprinter, he proved it in the BC and today, he is not a derby contender. The mile and a quarter is well beyond him.

I actually change the name of a jock when they give a bad ride. First name is always Jesus. Jesus Desormeaux, what the hell are you doing? Jesus Borel, the rail doesn't open up every race! Jesus Talamo, could you have gone any wider?

i do this all the time as well

in New York i call 2 jockeys wrong all the time lizzy and dilly they both like to give clown rides all the time
