Its not a law its a recommendation. EVERYONE who has challenged a ticket has had it tossed out immediately.
And every incoming Canadian who has refused a covid test a CND airport has walked out without being quarantined in a hotel. These are not laws, a law must go through the proper legislature process before it is law. Dont be so god damned stupid every frickin time you post.

There is a $100 fine for each violation. That is not a recommendation.
I have no way to dispute your assertion that everyone who has challenged a ticket has had it tossed out. But I don’t believe it.
