You don’t expect Boxcar to read a story he posts. Certainly you don’t expect him to read a link within that story. Also, maybe you could go back and reread the rule, because to me it appears to apply to health care facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes and long term care facilities. At least that’s the way I read it.

Then you might not have read far enough, because by page 7 it gets to ALL workplaces regulated by Oregon OSHA. How many workplaces are beyond the scope of an OSHA?

You are correct about that. I made an unwarranted assumption. However, I agree with the assessment that this law will remain on the books only so long as the pandemic remains and will not be enforced long before that officially occurs.
