But wait, there’s more to that section and that makes all the difference. ....but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations.
So, Congress is completely within its rights, ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION to exercise oversight in Federal elections..
Why is this guy from Real Clear Politics really opposed to this legislation? Maybe it’s the provision that says any person knowingly making false accusations of election fraud is subject to fines up to $100,000 and prison up to five years.
Just another crime to charge Donald with. Of course we can’t do that due to the Constitutional prohibition on ExPost Facto laws.

Sounds like someone doesn’t know what the Constitution actually says.

Which in itself would be against the Constitution. You know...the 8th amendment...that pesky little thing?
But I get it...it's your virtual Viagra du jour.

It's not unconstitutional, but it's just another step in centralizing everything and anything. To hell with local control of anything. WA DC knows best.

Repeal it. I’m of the opinion that punishment should not fit the crime...
It should be far worse. The thief who stole my bike should have his testicles removed...through his throat.
