An appropriate choice.
Ian Watson is a science fiction writer.

Hmmm...there may still be some hope for you yet...

I don't mind other people being clueless/wrong at times.
I don't mind being aware that I am clueless/wrong at times.
I consider it a strength to realize that as more information comes in and your own experience and understanding improves, you may change your mind (and possibly still be wrong )
What scares me is the arrogance on the left these days. They think they have a monopoly on truth and morality and that gives them the right to impose their superior ideas, thoughts, values, morals, etc.. on everyone else.
That's the same attitude that has caused endless atrocities historically that continue even today. They are dangerous people even when/if I agree with them on some issues. The key difference being I don't try to impose myself on others.

They are not wrong or stupid. They are evil.
Never forget that, and never compromise with a stinking democrat on anything.

Interesting Q&A - Alberta Health Services
The evidence suggests Covid transmission in schools isn't common.
But if kids who are home with an illness choose not to get tested - they can be counted in the Covid numbers.

I've been arguing on twitter all day about this case.
People don't understand that someone can be vaccinated themselves, be pro vaccination in general, and still hold that a guy like Isaac that has already been infected and that demonstrably has antibodies is as safe or safer than the vaccinated players. So he should be allowed to play. The best defense I've heard is that it's not the NBA stopping him. It's NYC and San Fran. That's true, but everyone in those cities is rolling over and not even trying to carve out exceptions for healthcare workers, teachers, and other employees that can provide a recent positive antibody test. People that are safe are being coerced into getting the jab or losing their job despite their desire to wait.
