Whether that is true or not is immaterial in this instance, as those voting on him aren't likely to take this particular theory into consideration with this particular candidate...elections have consequences...as do foolish actions.

Because if true, it would most definitely comprise a disqualifying attitudinal bias. The court is supposed to be non-partisan
Even suggesting that he might harbor these types of feelings, if you are on his side, is not a good innuendo to put out there.

P.A.'s reaction is to the application of justice. P.A. feels justice demands you deserve to be treated by how you treat other people.
Unless P.A. personally knows Kavanaugh, I don't think P.A. can suggest any hidden characteristics like you propose. Hey, P.A. do you personally know Kvanaugh?
