The "Race Selection" criteria has been adjusted slightly to address some of the concerns of the players and teams in the league.

The P.A.I.H.L. is a "handicapping contest" and a "team collaboration". Keeping those two points in mind it is of utmost importance that we allow players enough time to handicap the races and then collaborate on their final "team selections". Therefore, all future contests will have the races announced by 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursdays.

It is also important to remember that not all players have the ability to purchase PPs, especially when multiple tracks are in play. Therefore, we will continue to use the Free Brisnet PPs available at Whobet. Universal access to the PPs is an important part of the contest.


NEW P.A.I.H.L. RACE SELECTION PROCESS:

1) Best Stakes Races Available
2) Minimum 7 horse field (7 betting interests)
3) Free Brisnet PPs available
4) Race Schedule to be posted by 6:00 PM (EST) each Thursday.
