Kee R1--Bris Class
1st @ Kee today is a 7 Furlong , open $50,000 claimer According to Brisnet, the #1 Kayla's Kitten , coming out of a $5,000 N2L @TP is the top current class horse How is that possible? The Amoss horse just finished 3rd beaten 2 lengths in a Opt $50,000 @ FG Doesn't make sense to me

Looking at his ave. class for last 3, they have him rated 5th, which looks more in line. Appears that last race speed rating may be used to impact their current class, but I'd make my own C. rating in this case.

Typo maybe. Equibase Trackmaster has todays race class at 88. Kayla's Kitten LR class rating is 75 and an avg class rank 6th of 6 in the field.
Class rating for #2 Art Imitates Life last race is 91. He is 1st ranked in the field on avg class.

Final Time is NOT a factor used in calculating the ratings.

On Bris Summary the #1 is last in RR, ACl, Avg race rating and next to last in Avg class last 3

I am liking the Trackmaster pace, speed, class ratings more everyday. If bris rates his last race class like you show they are doing me a favor.

I wasn't saying they were using final time. But I've seen some people who who use beaten lengths to upgrade or down grade a class, and some folks on this site use speed ratings or beyers as their class rating system. I have no clue how BRIS does their current class. Average class L3R makes more sense. Probably a typo.
