The Placing Judges made a mess of the photo in Race 1 at Delta. #10 wins by a nose but #9 is posted as the official winner. They pay the Daily Double to the #9. Then they correct it by Race 3. They pay the Pick 3 to the #10. Delta then announced they will pay both the #9 and the #10 in everything.
