The past 3 weeks we've noticed a lot of foot traffic on hwy 59. Guess is folks requesting to transport Houston didn't find work and they're hoofing it northbound to find whatever they can

The convoy I saw was going south on 59. New Caney is getting over-run right now. I’ve been told that Cleveland is too.
