Where does it say the homeless guy on the subway was choked for 15 minutes, everywhere I see says "several" minutes. How many of you have constantly been around the homeless, where most are mentally ill addicts? They are unpredictable and will steal anything that isn't tied down. I am sure all these pro homeless people would change their mind if they dealt with them on a daily basis.

Case is over... when the judge struck his gavel and pronouns case closed. So went any gag order that was restricted on the case... his jurisdiction over Trump is not everlasting.
