Yes.
(It is doubtful that he comprehends explanations as to why corrections to his flubs are made.)

"I wouldn't use this type of wording because I continue to hold discussions with President Putin," Macron said Sunday during an appearance on France 3 TV channel. "We want to stop the war that Russia has launched in Ukraine without escalation -- that's the objective."

His main goal remained "achieving first a cease-fire" and then a "total withdrawal" of Russian troops from Ukraine through "diplomatic means," Macron told broadcasters Sunday. "If this is what we want to do, we should not escalate things -- neither with words nor actions."

When the French are pissed that you are a FU, you're got real problems.

Honestly, when the French have a better grasp of world affairs and diplomacy than the US, we are reverting back to the position of being a new world colony of Europe.

Actually we have become a sitcom known as F Troop.

And do you really think the White House makes any correction, revision or explanation of Biden’s remarks without his full input and approval?
Trump didn't have to.

Biden accused Facebook of “killing people”. Less than three days after his initial remarks, the president reversed course, saying Facebook “isn’t killing people.”

In mid-June, Biden created a headache for the White House after he told reporters he wouldn’t sign a bipartisan infrastructure deal unless a reconciliation bill filled with Democratic priorities was passed too. The off-script comments threw a bipartisan deal into question hours after it had been clinched, and Biden and White House officials spent the following days denying the president was making a veto threat.

“A lot of times we say, ‘Don’t take questions,’ ” Psaki told David Axelrod, who served as a strategist to former President Obama, on his podcast in May. “He’s going to do what he wants to do, because he’s the president of the United States.”

Mostie will blame it all on a non existent stuttering problem.

I think Biden has a stuttering problem, and it's all in his head.

Biden says he was expressing ‘moral outrage’ in calling for Putin’s removal
Quote:
President Biden said Monday that he was expressing “moral outrage” rather than “articulating a policy change” when he said this weekend that Russian President Vladimir Putin “cannot remain in power.”
Moral outrage? What does that mean?

Is that like when Biden lied to everyone in the debate by saying Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation...and people like me felt moral outrage at the whole thing being covered up and relegated to the RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA pile on behalf of Biden?

Like that kind of moral outrage?

This guy's such a fucking joke. No wonder he has a 40% approval rating and is the punchline of every world leader's joke.

It means that when you get to be President of the US, you get to define morality for the world.

That's cringeworthy. Doesn't need a competency test though.
