ANY trainer that has been hitting at very high win rate these days is most likely using an illegal substance...................because the playing field has been so un even ! That includes the big names like Baffert and Brown ! I know some are going to say i'm nuts , BUT to win at these rates competing against others who are using juice they must also be guilty ............ guys like Shug ,Mott , Mandella , and others only win around 15 percent............How many times do you see a Baffert horse passed and kick back and find a 2nd gear as if he or she is on juice ? happens a lot..............

all along i had thought that these trainers were using these drugs out of competition. obviously i was wrong. any way they used the ped's is wrong and to brag about killing horses is ultra wrong.

Well hell...I was certainly warned and chastised for just a vague insinuation about a certain high % trainer here....yet other's are allowed to bash trainers harshly with no previous infractions...here on this site......hhhhmmm....

PA can impose any rules he wants to impose here. But none of that has anything to do with defamation liability. In addition to the legal principles that protect TLG, PA is also protected by Section 230. He can't be sued for anything defamatory a commenter says.
