Sentenced today to state prison (Hello, BUbba!)
Gets the designation Sexaul VIOLENT offender.
His lawyer is already playing the race card - "....long history of Black men being railroaded, yadda yadda yadda."
Appeal already in the works - claiming doctored recording was used and prior bad acts were let in by the judge.
