As far as David goes, I'm suggesting that he is doing something different. I am not sure what that is. I have a general sense of what it might be, but no real clue.

But he is doing something different. Different than what I am used to in NY, and perhaps different than all other major circuit lines makers?.

And that might be a good thing?? He's young, he smart, he's plugged in everywhere: NYRA, TFUS to DRF. Maybe he's a genius? That why I first said that he strikes me as mad scientist trying to prove his theories.

I bet $25.00 he is doing something different. If I am wrong and he, or cj, or tlg or anyone reputable says that I am wrong. I will donate $25 to Paceadvantage.

The man is doing something unique. I'm $25.00's convinced.

I don't know where to begin here. David Aragona is one of the best morning line-makers in the country. He clearly articulates the differences between his personal selections based on his own handicapping against what he is setting as the ML.

If he feels he found a not-so-obvious reason not to like a favorite, he will still make the horse 8/5 on the ML but will go on the record with his reasons why he won't be betting on the horse. And usually the horse will go off at 9/5 and not win the race. So to suggest he is somehow "trying to prove his theories" via his ML's is complete non-sense.

Finally, I've seen Andy Serling be nothing but genuinely complimentary and supportive of the guy, so I'm not sure where you are going with the last sentence.
