Bris Pps -----Designation Sharp Workout

I have been using bris pps and when i look at works some look great that don't get a comment saying '' sharp workout '''' others look pretty good but DO Get a comment '' Sharp Workout ''''' Does anyone know how they determine who gets a sharp workout notation ?????????????/

Have you ever seen the BRIS Insider Picks and Power Plays? It defines a Clocker Special as "fastest workouts during the past 7 days based on age and distance." I'm not sure but I think the Clocker Special and the Sharp Workout are the same thing.
