DEL MAR Sunday
R1: DROPPING BUTTONS is training well over this distance
1.15.2 > 1.14.0 > 1.13.0
and the last 4f bullet may be an indication he's not slow.
The favorite TRIBALIST is logic for the exacta box but this is The Favorites Graveyard II
NP (ultra slow) & 1st ($4.60)

R2: TAKE IT EASYPLEASE, lost 5 lengths from the first to the second call, and made up 7,5 lenghts from the second to the wire. Meritory for a firster. Huge bullet over the track.
NP
with the morning storm the track's got humidity and could be more early speed favouring yet... new track record...

R3: STREET SERENADE was like a clock with speed and high figures at the 62k optional claimer level, but after being claimed his form went to the dogs. Today first time Diodoro Robertino (29% first time new recruit) can bounce back with a good performance.
2nd ($5.20)

R4: the progressive CHATY'S ON TOP (Beyers: 60 > 68 > 76 > 82) should enjoy a confortable trip stalking the pacesetter in a field devoid of dangerous speed. SWEET BOSS can wake up back on poly (training big time) and goes for the exacta box.

R5: UNUSUAL HEATWAVE ran here two huge races in 2012. Looks like in pic form and he's better on synthetics than turf. And old man Desormeaux is on fire. At this level MEGA HEAT rarely is out of the exacta. Both with good tactical speed. Box.
NP NP
The deep closers are winning for the first time in the meeting. Right now I'm lost with the track profile

R6: SWISS HEART ran great in a couple of state bred MSW over cushion track, and has run two good races in los Alamitos RC. Maybe she just hates Santa Anita dirt.
NP
I'm so cold tonight....
maybe hell is cold and I didn't know....

R7: STARLET OHARA closed against Los Alamitos RC huge early speed bias, MAKE THE SUN SHINE ran a fine race in her debut and Casse is a second start trainer.
box
1st ($6.00) & 2nd
exacta: 9-1 (big overlay this exacta)

R8: GOLDENCENTS is a monster miler, but last summer ran two sprints here with figures of 98 > 98, not his best. DECLASSIFY is still unexposed, has run a 104 Beyer over synthetics and gets a very positive cut back from 7f, he can win.
win & ex box

R9: GUINEVERE'S FINALE is by a good polytrack sire and might like it. PERSONAL DIARY should make the exacta with the drop. Box.

R10: A ton of early money has gone to INFLAMED with no clear reason.
