The Kee stewards are the most incompetent, unprofessional group of stewards I have seen. I don’t understand these calls at all.

It's not just whether it was a foul or not, it's whether there was a foul AND final positions were affected. Presumably in this case it was deemed the runner-up's position was not affected, which I agree with. Probably if he had not run on and into 2nd then the winner would have been taken down.

They did not even post the inquiry. They waited for the objection. On Friday’s last race, half the field was affected by a horse coming over and they did not look at it. They took down Joel on Friday for absolutely no foul in the fifth. No contact whatsoever. The explanation was that Joel made the 11 go wide. Wtf is that. Here there was physical contact between the horses. On Sat, Irad created contact in the 2 yo feature. So if you physically hit another horse by taking your mount into him, you are ok. But if you don’t make contact, but make a horse go wide, you are coming down. BS product.

Aq 10th Sun ?
I had 1-10 boxed and a win bet on 10------The guys at nyra said it should have been an easy takedown on the Irad horse for Chad-----they gave me hope but no action was taken-----If anyone watched race please give your opinions---I didn't think Irad should have come down---it cost me a lot of money--but i didn't think the winner caused that much if any problems---JUST curious---did i get screwed ????

Sad
Irad gets away with another agressive reckless ride in NY. I was just as stunned as the tv commentators…. Guess the rider had to fall off on the turn…… should have come down in my hu,ble opinion

The stewards are either incompetent or complicit. Since his 30 day suspension, things have actually gotten worse. He's untouchable.

Aqu 10th Sun
I have never seen a more clear cut DQ!
Stewards watching the same race?
Shame... had both the 5 & 10 in my P4. About $1900 difference.

Didn't see the race but was going over the charts and it's all there in black and white. I'd be pissed... that's just me though.
"WHAT A DUDE tracked just off the inside from mid pack, advanced in the far turn coming inwards and forcing A LISTER to steady near the three-eighths, came under coaxing near the quarter pole behind foes and angled out bulling his way out and making himself a lane four wide into upper stretch when bumping and nudging EMPIRE ATTRACTION to the five path, bumped with that foe twice more near the three-sixteenths and again just outside the eighth pole, rallied to take command near the sixteenth marker before edging clear to the finish to prevail."

This is the Irad MO, he saves ground as much as possible. It is a big advantage, and when you add that he knows he can bull his way out with impunity it makes it even worse.

You were absolutely robbed… and the stewards lose all credibility. I was watching Sunday on tv. They showed the replay two or three times in slow motion. I immediately expected a take down. The two announcers on America’Day At The Races were not only stunned by no change… one actually got a bit angry in his tirade toward the stewards. No one will ever convince me that Irad didn’t purposely bully the other mount and force a path for himself where there wasn’t a crack. My opinion is unbiased… I had no dog in the fight. I took a break after the two day B-Cup.

Date of race?
"Sunday" is rather vague.
I want to see the replay.
I need the date so I can look up the race.
I'm looking at AQU 11/6 10th race...Irad is on a Pletcher trained horse

He posted on the 6th, so simple deduction it was Sunday the 6th?

Saturday 12-24-2022 Tampa Bay Downs R2
Watch the head on replay of the run up the backstretch.
#3 G G'S DARK STAR (the eventual runner up) comes out several paths causing #7 EXPECT A CIRCUS to clip heels and almost go down.
The stewards took no action.
That said: Had the stewards disqualified #3 G G'S DARK STAR it wouldn't have impacted my wagers in any way.
Just find it odd the stewards decided not to act here.

GULFSTREAM Race 3 3-24-23
Did anybody see this race? Although I had it appeared the fouled the along the rail near the finish and pulled up. Can you see how that is not a foul?
