There's a common theme with the 10 worst, but I've been called racist enough so I'll leave it there.
Shreveport was a nice place 50 years ago when I grew up there. Drove thru there about 10 years ago and its not the same city. Same can be said of Little Rock, and probably a lot more on the list.
I believe street for street, Flint is probably worse than Detroit...if that were possible.

East St. Louis, Illinois makes those places look like Beverly Hills, I guess the population of 25,000 doesn't meet the criteria?

I call for a fact check. As we know Democrats will post lies and then their kind just runs with them. On the other hand how does what shape a small city is in really depend on it's leaders? Take for example San Bernardino (#14 on the list), I lived there in two separate places for a period of 4 years. For anyone with any measurable skill or education it was a bedroom community.

Nice try at moving the goalposts. Let's talk political affiliation of the cities instead. How many are led by dems?

I didn't have time to check the full list but the top/worst 15 all have mayors that are Democrats.

Data?
By city, with dates.

Or is this just another fact-free post?

Congratulations Michigan....you hit the exacta. Speaking of Dee-troit, I see mayor Kwame wants a pardon from Trump. If he wasn't the most corrupt city official ever he didn't miss by much.

Maybe they're considering Newark a suburb of NYC. Could be Trenton speaks for both.

Flint had to be there. Not many cities lucky enough to be poisoned by the governor. Since that happened not much has really changed. Good times....
