Beyond specialized medical care, younger children have different food and housing needs and require more personal attention.

The Trump administration has detained 2,322 children 12 years old or younger amid its border crackdown, a Department of Health and Human Services official told Kaiser Health News on Wednesday. They represent almost 20 percent of the immigrant children currently held by the U.S. government in the wake of its latest immigrant prosecution policy.

Their welfare is being overseen by a small division of the Department of Health and Human Services — the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) — which has little experience or expertise in handling very young children.

Most conservatives know that no self-respecting socialist, globalist, environmentalist whacko would ever deny that the entire world is facing a monumental, unparalleled, earth-shattering, sky-falling OVERPOPULATION CRISIS that is putting all human life (and perhaps all life) at imminent risk of extinction. We're right there -- tottering on the brink of self-destruction.

So, Liberals, how do you justify your immigration ideology that says that all human beings have some God-given, inalienable right to invade our land and come squat on it? How do you justify, Catch and Release One and All? How do you justify the mentality that America is one big Happy Open House Party where all are welcomed to enter?

If the world is on the precipice of disaster because of a population crisis that is threatening the global environment and the earth's resources, then shouldn't one of the U.S. responses to that crisis be to immediately control our own population? Why would we want to put our own finite resources at further risk by allowing untold millions in our land? Why would we want to invite all those young kiddies in when someday they're going to grow up and have more kiddies....and those kiddies will grow up to have even more, etc.? (Or is there a secret plan for forced sterilization? Or plans for expanding the mission of Planned Parenthood?)

Explain to me, please, how More = Less. Explain to me how increasing our population doesn't put the U.S. at much greater risk on many levels. Even Slick Willy understood the risks involved! (Reckless pointed this out yesterday.)
