Contract for Ocean Liner Service to GITMO? DoD Approved
Schuyler Line Navigation Co. LLC, Annapolis, Maryland, has been awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract (HTC71119DW001) in the amount of $7,101,934. The contract provides ocean liner service between Jacksonville/Blount Island, Florida, and Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. The contract base period of performance is from March 1, 2019, to Feb. 29, 2020.
Is this normal or are they gearing up? From Schulyer site: Schuyler Line provides regularly scheduled liner transportation for U.S. government transportation of authorized government and military cargo to Guantanamo Bay. SLNC is the exclusive carrier for US Government cargoes going to/from Guantanamo Bay.

Well if trump declares a national emergency on the southern border they can haul the drug runners and hardened criminals they catch to gitmo. Get em the hell out of here and basically hold them indefinitely there. I see numerous things happening that makes one think a master plan is being set up in this whole border wall battle.

Maybe the cargo will be all those Deep Staters who will be charged with treason for a failed coup and transported unceremoniously to Club Gitmo for their military tribunals to never be heard of again.
