Will someone please explain something to me.

Where do we get this notion that we're going to need four or five Supreme Court justices in the next four years? (Or eight years if you prefer?)

Are they all going to suddenly start dying off or retire?

They are appointed for life are they not?

Where are they all going to go?

I believe many of them are over 80yo, or getting close to 80.

Of course Hillary is the only one capable of making an appointment that will be any good.
