Big question is how to rally support for such a bill. Thoughts on if the ADW passes? I'm not from Texas, but my assumption it's DOA.

So you could only bet on some crappy races here in Texas

Lone Star released its 2018 numbers - Avg. 6879 folks for 41 dates of live racing. On track handle avg. $239,672 - that's $34.75 a head or less than the cost of the buffet. Compare that to off track handle for live racing $829,134 per date.
We've kicked this dead mule before but still amazes me that the Puritans who run Texas continue to outlaw ADW's. Just a unique state that doesn't want or need gambling money.
